Herbert Park Developments identifies, evaluates, and facilitates the acquisition of property assets for both investment and development purposes. Our Project Management and Design teams oversee every project from concept through to detailed technical design. This includes tendering and appointing the right consultants for each phase. At every stage, designs are aligned with the investment strategy, target market, and forecasted returns.

Through working with planning experts, we navigate the legal and planning processes, managing permissions such as Planning Applications, Building Control, and third-party consents including Estate permissions, Freeholder approvals, and Party Wall Awards.
