Done in collaboration with Maidenway Group, we acquired this Victorian stucco fronted building off-market requiring significant redevelopment due to fire damage of the upper floors. This attractive building is arranged as a block of 12 self-contained apartments. Two of the apartments were protected tenancies under the Rent Act 1977. The property was extended, extensively refurbished and sold as an income-producing block to an international fund.
